all inventory items.
However, there are NO REFUNDS on Special Order Items,
Clearance items and cut cable.
To ensure that we can process your return as quickly as
possible, please follow the following guidelines:
- Contact our office to obtain an RMA number for your return.
- All items must be returned unused, complete with all supplied parts and
packing material in their original containers.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original
receipt.
- CLEARLY mark the package with the RMA number.
